Long startup time (over 15 seconds)

Hi there, I would like to preface this by saying that I've gone through the FAQ on the page and added the correct AV exceptions and checked that I'm not mapping any network drives or have quickstart/app resume on, and Resonic Pro always takes ages to start up.

I'm not sure what I can do to speed this up so any tips would be welcome! If there's a log or something I can check out / send over, do let me know as well.
