Beta Testing Notes [new testers please read]

First off, I really appreciate your feedback!

If you're new to the Beta area please maybe say "Hi" in your first post.

Many of you that I know by real name have different board names or emails, no personal information is provided, no signature, and as the member count goes up I often really cannot tell who is who after a while. If I'm mistaken please correct me. Your forum profile also has a "First name" field you can make use of.

Keep in mind that I'm occasionally shrinking the testers group, meaning (really, really) inactive members - those who basically never manage to post a reply - are removed to keep the group compact and active. That doesn't mean you need to test and post all the time, but it would be nice to receive some kind of feedback from time to time.

This excludes supporters, as they were invited here to access the test builds.

Please keep all material posted to these closed forums private.

Thanks!

File upload methods:

1) You can attach multiple image (and regular) files to your posts

2) If you upload Beta testing bug related videos to YouTube please always set them to unlisted to keep them private.

3) In case you need to upload multiple files (e.g. problematic audio files for me to analyze) you can do that here:

Code: Select all

ftp://resonic.at
user: f009e033
pass: incoming
For privacy reasons (multiple uploaders) you cannot list and read files, i.e. you won't see your upload after it's finished. But it's there.
Don't forget to notify me about the uploaded file.
